If youre looking for realism, forget it. This is not a sim. You cant get a joystick to work or pedals either. If you just want to look at good graphics, like watching a movie, well, maybe you should buy it. Personally, Id like a refund. Ill stick with Warbirds.

It is a very fun game with many different modes. Theres is dozens of different airplanes, maps, enimies, so on. I recommend buying this.

Complete the tutorials first, then the misions. You need to get used to pwning others in missions before you go into dogfights and capture the flag. I just wish I could communicate online and talk smack a bit. Or just set up good fights with other good players. I love this game tho.

I downloaded this on my iMAC since I switched from a Windows PC and lost my "Fly Aces High” game. If you’re hungering for a combat flight sim for the MAC this game is not it. First, you can’t use a joystick, second, the flight characterisitics are not of the plane you’re flying, it’s all made up for the game - it may look like a Spitfire and the game says its a Spitfire, but it doesn’t fly like a Spitfire and although I haven’t flow a real spitfire, I have flown powerful piston aircraft in the Navy similar to WWII fighter aircraft (T28’s), and this doesn’t even come close in flight aerodynamics to an actual combat trainer. Flight profiles are not realistic, G-Forces are not taken into account, speed affects on controls are not there, engine and control responses are all made up, gunsight tracking is plain (no pun intended) idiotic - basically, its a a kids game for a iPhone. The graphics are nice and you get to blow a lot of planes up and run missions, and even have “dogfights” but its nothing like a true first player combat flight game. With that said, everyone is on equal footing when you’re going head to head. I probably hoped too much that this was a good MAC combat flight sim, but what did I expect for $5.00. Bottom line - if you want a combat flight sim, then this isn’t for you. If you want to play a fun flying game on your phone then have at it and cough up $5. I gave it a one-star because it over hyped itself (and fooled me).

I believe we can all fly airplanes great history importantance. I never knew so many types and classes off plane were in the world war times! without the joystick am using only my keyboard looks of fun as dog fights. One thing not your pet dog in dog fights lol thumbs up all the way , even when the damage on the plane looks like it was hit.

The game is unbalanced and inaccurate when it comes to the aircraft abilities. I know, its just a game but I would like to see a little more realism. The newest update turned the jets into paper targets and it seems like a BB gun would blow them out of the sky. The new P-47 has become the star of the game because it has the turning radius of the IAR80 and the Japanese Zero. Seriously a P-47 out perfoming a P-51??????? The P47 is also built like a tank in the game so I caution going head to head with it. While they may have cleaned up some bugs it seems like a few have now been added. I tend to see more players “Warping” across the map than before the last update. To the developers, how about giving a set value that the user can control and apply as they see fit to engine, armor, aerodynamics, etc. This way I can give 25 to engine, 30 to aerodynamics, 30 to armor, and 15 to armament = 100 points. The ability to customize the planes would level the playing field depending on the mission. The greatest part of this game is player to customize his plane but its still just cosmetic at this point.

This game is so amazing, its very realistic and just plain amazing! Yes theres some percashes but otherwise plane amazing! When you dogfight you can make comands and etc! If you want a WWII Dogfight game this is it.

This has been the greatest WWII networked fighter game I’ve ever seen, but unless the latest version is corrected, I am gone! In the latest version (1.4.0) you own missles can seriously inflict damage on your own plane. While this may be more realistic to real world fighting, it’s not a fun game to play anymore. And those who do not upgrade have a clear advantage over those who do upgrade since their planes are not damaged as easily as the newer version. I am constantly dying within seconds of engaging rookie players. I will not play this until that is fixed – which may be never.

This game is truly a great game. It is beautifully desiged, it has great graphics and controls and it is so much fun. If you are hesitant about buying this game because of its price I can promise you that you will not regret it. There are not really any cons about this game except some people say that you get hit by your own rockets which i have not done because i have stuck to just shooting with the machine gun.

Great, but couldn’t some planes not be purchased, like the jet section? Also, Add the B-17 Flying Fortress

The leader board is fixed. A typical can take you off the leader board. If you start getting close to the leaders, dont be surprise if your score stops adding, or you get block out on the game board. Atpical dosen’t return emails. The game can be fun, but needs improvements. It seems lately their are more hackers in games. Also seems like atpical dosen’t manage site very well. I do enjoy the game, just wish it didn’t have these issues.

Had a ton of fun with this game. Campaign levels super fun as well as multiplayer. Lots of cool planes and purchases. Gorgeous graphics.

I wonder what the restore purchase button is for. Love the graphics and plane choices (except the lack of jet choices), But wonder if you could share the plane purchases across devices

This is a wonderful game but I would put more battles with it and it has 0 bugs

cheap as old get out i wasted 5$ for this stupid game compared to War Thunder and its in app purchases War Thunder is WAAAAY better than this noob design just play War Thunder to see how great it is just wasted 6$ for the game and the weopons hanger !!!! >:( GUNNERS DONT EVEN HELP YOU FOR GOODNESS SAKES ! i give this one star !

LOVE this game u should definitley get it. WORTH THE MONEY!

I love war games, especially WWIi war games so naturally this one caught my attention. I was rather sceptical of buying it at first but for such a low price what could I lose? I tried it yesturday and have not stopped playing except for school and food. Really fun, keeps you engaged. The thing I really enjoy so far is the campaign. You get to play as American, Japanese, British and German pilots! There are only 3 campaign objectives but here are 6 or 7 in each, Battle For Britian was my favorite. There is also singleplayer modes like capture the flag, team death match and defend the base, all of which are very fun and keep you interested. For the price the graphics are great! If the game was $30 instead of $5 I would stil buy it in a heartbeat! If you enjoy historical aircraft and war games this is the one for you! Runs great with 0 lag and decent graphics.
